У зв’язку із збільшенням ціни на Тушки курчат- бройлер Сторони прийшли згоди викласти п.2.1. Договору в наступній редакції «Сума договору зменшується на 0.04 грн. і становить 135 519,96 (сто тридцять п’ять тисяч п’ятсот дев’ятнадцять гривень 96 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 22 586,66 (двадцять дві тисячі п’ятсот вісімдесят шість гривень 66 копійок).
Загальна вартість без ПДВ – 112 933,30 (сто дванадцять тисяч дев'ятсот тридцять три гривні 30 копійок. Додаток 1 до Договору про закупівлю товару за державні кошти № 31 від 09.06.2021р. СПЕЦИФІКАЦІЯ ДК 021:2015 – 15110000-2 М'ясо викласти в наступній редакції (Додається – Додаток 1).
4. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.

Замовник та Постачальник керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. Сторони домовилися збільшити обсяг закупівлі Товару та викласти Специфікацію на поставку Товару Додаток №1 до Договору в новій редакції. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди становить 27 075,00 грн. ( Двадцять сім тисяч сімдесят п’ять грн. 00 коп.) з ПДВ.
