Відповідно до листа постачальника від 14.11.2017 р., що доводить до відома про встановлення/зміну цін декларації цін на певні препарати, існує необхідність змінити певні позиції у специфікації та суму договору. Це обґрунтовується у відповідності до Постанови КМУ від 02.07.2014р. N240 «Питання декларування зміни оптово-відпускних цін на лікарські засоби та вироби медичного призначення» та Наказом МОЗ України від 18.08.2014р. №574 «Про затвердження Положення про реєстр оптово-відпускних цін на лікарські засоби і вироби медичного призначення, порядок внесення до нього змін та форм декларації зміни оптово-відпускної ціни на лікарський засіб та виріб медичного призначення».
1. Отже, у зв`язку з державним регулюванням цін на деякі препарати, що обґрунтовується вищенаведеними постановою і наказом та «Реєстром оптово-відпускних цін на лікарські засоби» станом на 30.10.2017р., необхідно внести зміни згідно специфікації.
2. У зв'язку зі зменшенням кількісної потреби у деяких позиціях у специфікації у порівнянні із запланованою кількістю, зменшиться і загальна сума договору.
З урахуванням змін загальна сума Договору зменшиться на 227 936,39 грн. і складе 1 017 781,72 грн.

Note:
У зв'язку зі зменшенням кількісної потреби у деяких позиціях у специфікації у порівнянні із запланованою кількістю, зменшиться і загальна сума договору. Також, у зв`язку зі зміною цін на деякі препарати, що передбачалося умовами договору, необхідно внести зміни згідно специфікації. З урахуванням змін загальна сума Договору зменшиться на 52 213,02 грн. і складе 965 568,70 грн.
