Функціоналом майданчика ZAKUPKI.PROM.UA не передбачено оприлюднення повідомлення про внесення змін до договору з причин, не освітлених ч. 4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (далі - Закон), однак передбачених ст.10 Закону. Внаслідок цього, для оприлюднення додаткової угоди щодо внесення змін, була обрана причина внесення змін до договору - «Покращення якості предмета закупівлі за умови, що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі».
