На підставі п.п. 1,7 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.п. 23 , 46 договору № 281220-06/20 від 24 грудня 2020 року, в зв’язку з встановленням тарифів на теплову енергію затверджених розпорядженням керівника військово-цивільної адміністрації міста Щастя від 30.12.2020 р. № 266 Сторони домовились збільшити тариф за послугу до 1035,59 грн/Гкал (з ПДВ), а орієнтовний обсяг постачання зменшити до 766,978 Гкал.

На підставі п.п. 1,7 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.п. 22, 23 , 46 договору № 281220-06/20 від 24 грудня 2020 року, в зв’язку зі встановленням тарифів на теплову енергію, затверджених розпорядженням керівника Щастинської міської військово-цивільної адміністрації Щастинського району Луганської області від 05.10.2021 р. № 494 "Про встановлення тарифів на теплову енергію, її транспортування, постачання, послугу з постачання теплової енергії для всіх категорій споживачів" Сторони домовились внести зміни в п.23 Договору, визначивши тариф за послугу 980,04 грн/Гкал (без ПДВ).
Внести зміни до п. 22 договору, зменшивши орієнтовний обсяг постачання до 746,028 Гкал.

22. «Сума цього Договору становить 794 049,23 гривень (сімсот дев’яносто чотири тисячі сорок дев’ять гривень 23 копійки) (587445,82 гривень – за період з 01.01.2021р. по 04.10.2021р., 206603,41 гривень– за період з 05.10.2021р. по 24.11.2021р.), у тому числі ПДВ – 132 341,54 (сто тридцять дві тисячі триста сорок одна гривня54 копійки) (97907,64 гривень – за період з 01.01.2021р. по 04.10.2021р., 34433,90 гривень– за період з 05.10.2021р. по 24.11.2021р.). Обсяг постачання теплової енергії становить 745,836 Гкал. (570,160 Гкал. – за період з 01.01.2021р. по 04.10.2021р., 175,676 Гкал. – за період з 05.10.2021р. по 24.11.2021р.)»
2. Сторони домовились внести зміни в пункт 44 Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
44. «Цей договір набирає чинності з 01 січня 2021 року і діє до 06.12.2021 року (включно)».
