1. У зв’язку з завершенням виконання робіт з капітального ремонту об’єкта та з метою приведення договірної ціни до фактичного обсягу видатків Замовника, відповідно до підпункту 1 пункту 19 Постанови від 12 жовтня 2022 р. №1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» зі змінами та пункту 83.1 Договору, Сторони домовились зменшити обсяги закупівлі згідно Договору та бюджетні зобов’язання на 2025 рік на 233 668,80 грн. з ПДВ, у зв’язку з чим, пункт 9 Договору викласти в новій редакції.
2. Внесення змін у Додаток №1, Додаток №2, Додаток №3, Додаток №4 до Договору, виклавши їх у новій редакції.
