В зв’язку з технічною помилкою в додатковій угоді № 5 від 30.01.2020 року, виникає необхідність оприлюднити цю додаткову угоду ще раз.Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору. Слова в тексті договору «УКРТРАНСГАЗ» замінити на «ТОВ «ОПЕРАТОР ГТС УКРАЇНИ». В зв’язку з новими тарифами на послуги транспортування природного газу, зменшити загальну вартість додаткової угоди №4 на 139556,30 грн. з ПДВ. Загальна вартість договору на 2020 рік складає 326094,00 грн. Внести зміни до підпункту 7 п 10.2 розділу 10 та викласти в новій редакції. Більш детально в додатковій угоді.
