(дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот сорок шість грн. 70 коп), в т.ч. ПДВ

Керуючись ст.651 Цивільного кодексу України, ст.188 Господарського кодексу України, ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» : «Дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку», - уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне:
Викласти абзац перший розділу « Строк дії договору» Додатку 2 до Договору «Персональна комерційна пропозиція» в новій редакції: «Договір вступає в силу з моменту підписання і діє в частині поставок електричної енергії до 31.01.2022 року, а в частині розрахунків до 28.02.2022 року, але у будь якому випадку до повного їх закінчення.».
Збільшити вартість договору на 27086 грн 00 коп. (двадцять сім тисяч вісімдесят шість грн. 00 коп), в т.ч. ПДВ
