Note:
Керуючись положенням частини 5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 року №922-VIII та пункту 11.2 договору на постачання природного газу від 13.02.2019 року №41СВ497-704-19 (далі Договір), Сторони домовилися продовжити строк дії Договору та виконання зобов'язань, щодо закупівлі товару під кодом ДК 021:2015-09120000-6 Газове паливо (Природний газ) до 31 січня 2020 року - строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі вказаного предмету закупівлі на початку 2020 року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у п. 3.6. Договору, відповідно до затверджених у встановленому порядку на цю мету видатків.

Сторони дійшли згоди укласти Додаткову угоду № 11 від 24.01.2020 року до Договору № 41СВ497-704-19 від 13.02.2019 року про наступне:
1. Доповнити пункт 1.1.Договору підпунктом 1.1.1.
2. Доповнити пункт 1.2. підпунктами 1.2.1 та 1.3.1.
3. Відповідно до ч.5 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити строк дії Договору, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі природного газу на початок наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми цього Договору.

У зв’язку із закінченням строку дії Договору на постачання природного газу №41СВ497-704-19 від 13.02.2019 р., передбачених додатковою угодою №10 від 28.12.2019 року, Договір діє в частині постачання природного газу до 31.01.2020 року, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення.
