Сторони дійшли згоди п. 3.3 розділу III Договору викласти в наступні редакції:
Вартість послуг з розподілу електричної енергії за 1 кВт/год визначається єдиним роздрібним тарифом на відповідний розрахунковий період згідно з нормативно-правовими актами Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сфері енергетики та комунальних послуг. На 01 січня 2021 р. вартість послуг з розподілу електричної енергії за 1 кВт*год
становить 0,9845 грн. (з урахуванням ПДВ). Вартість послуг із забезпечення перетікань реактивної електричної енергії до електроустановок Споживача за 1 кВт/г становить 1,915044 грн (з урахуванням ПДВ).

Сторони уклали цю додаткову угоду до Договору про закупівлю послуг з розподілу електричної енергії (далі по тексту - Договір) про наступне:
Сторони домовились викласти пункт 4.1 розділу IV в наступній редакції: “Розрахунки Споживача за надання послуг з розподілу електричної енергії із забезпеченні перетікань реактивної електричної енергії здійснюються на підставі виставленого Оператором системи розподілу рахунка та акта приймання-передачі розподіленої електричної енергії у строки визначені Договором про розподіл, а саме 5 робочих днів”.
