Note:
1. Внести зміни до пункту 9.1. розділу 9 «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» Договору та викласти його у новій редакції, а саме:
«9.1. Договір набирає чинності з дати підписання Сторонами та скріплення його печатками Сторін (за наявності) і діє по 30 квітня 2022 року, включно, а в частині гарантійних зобов’язань - до закінчення гарантійного строку, визначеного розділом 11 цього Договору.».
2 Внести зміни до пункту 4.1. розділу 4 «ВАРТІСТЬ ДОГОВОРУ ТА ПОРЯДОК РОЗРАХУНКІВ» Договору та викласти його у новій редакції, а саме:
«4.1. Загальна вартість Договору складається із вартості Заявок та не може перевищувати 3 916 666,67 грн (три мільйони дев’ятсот одна тисяча шістсот шістдесят шість гривень 67 копійок), крім того ПДВ 783 333,33 грн (сімсот вісімдесят три тисячі триста тридцять три гривні 33 копійки), всього з ПДВ 4 700 000,00 грн. (чотири мільйони сімсот тисяч гривень).».
