керуючись п.7 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та відповідно до п.п.7 п.13.7 Договору істотні умови Договору не можуть змінюватися після його підписання до виконання зобов'язань Сторонами в повному обсязі, крім випадків, а саме: зміни встановленого згідно із законодавством органами державної статистики індексу інфляції, зміни біржових котирувань або показників Platts, регульованих цін (тарифів) і нормативів, які застосовуються в договорі про закупівлю.
Постановою НКРЕКП від 11.07.2020 року №1329 «Про внесення змін до постанови НКРЕКП від 10 грудня 2019 року № 2668 «Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії ПРАТ «НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» на 2020 рік» встановлено, що з 01 серпня 2020 року тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії буде складати 240,23 грн./МВт∙год.
