Відповідно до п. 8 ч. 5 та ч. 6 ст. 41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», ст. ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України та п. 8.5 Договору № 4128 від 12.06.2020 року (далі – Договір), Замовник та Постачальник, керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 4128 від 12.06.2020 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку
