1. Сторони прийшли до згоди викласти п.11.1. Договору у наступній редакції:
«11.1 Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання та діє до завершення воєнного стану, оголошеного Указом Президента України від 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» та подовженого Указами Президента України від 14.03.2022 № 133/2022 від 18.04.2022, № 259/2022 від 17.05.2022 та № 341/2022 «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні», а в частині оплати за надані послуги – до повного виконання Сторонами узятих на себе зобов’язань. Строк дії Договору може бути продовжений за згодою Сторін у разі продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні понад період визначений Указами Президента України від 14.03.2022 № 133/2022, від 18.04.2022, № 259/2022 від 17.05.2022 та № 341/2022 «Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні», і діє до 31.12.2022 року.»
