Коригування", сторони домовились збільшити суму Договору на 973152,70 грн. Загальна сума Договору становить 6014059,10 грн. Інші умови Договору залишити незмінними.

Зміни вносяться шляхом розірвання Додаткової угоди №1 від 30.08.2023р., щодо зменшення суми Основного Договору на суму 973152,70 грн. у зв'язку з чим пункт 3.1. Договору про проведення капітального ремонту №358 від 04.08.2023р. викласти в наступній редакції:. "3.1. Загальна ціна Договору становить 5040906,00 грн.(П'ять мільйонів сорок тисяч дев'ятсот шість грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ. Вартість робіт визначається на основі Договірної ціни та проектно-кошторисної документації, яка є невід'ємною частиною даного Договору".
Внести зміни в пункти 4.5, 6.5.15, 10.2 (що не являються істотними умовами Договору). Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
