Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору. «Публічне акціонерне товариство «Сумське машинобудівне науково-виробниче об'єднання» чи ПАТ Сумське НВО замінити словами «Акціонерне товариство «Сумське машинобудівне науково-виробниче об'єднання» або АТ «Сумське НВО». Пункт 4.7 Договору викласти в новій редакції, а саме: дата надання рахунків за надані послуги – до 25 числа розрахунокового місяця. Пункт 3 виключити з додатку №1 до Договору. Пункт 4 Додатку 1 до Договору викласти в новій редакції: звіт про фактичне споживання надається – до 25 числа поточного місяця. Більш детально в додатковій угоді.
