Згідно з п.1 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та довідки про зміни до кошторису № 295 від 03.04.2020 р., сторони дійшли згоди:
- зменшити очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період 01.01.2020 по 31.12.2020р. на 6584 кВт/год. Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період 01.01.2020 по 31.12.2020р. становить 190214 кВт/год, у т.ч. учбовий корпус-106214 кВт/год, гуртожиток-84000 кВт/год;
- зменшити суму договору № 727 від 10.01.2020 р. на 14000 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ - 2333,33 грн. Вартість електричної енергії за цим Договором становить 291091,35 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ - 48515,22 грн., в тому числі: - загальний фонд - 271277,35 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ - 45212,89 грн.; - спеціальний фонд - 19814,00 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ - 3302,33 грн.
