У зв’язку з із виникненням об’єктивних обставин, що унеможливлюють виконання зобов’язань в строки передбачені договором, а саме невідповідність проектних рішень, прийнятих згідно попереднього огляду та наявної технічної документації, фактично виявленим на початкових стадіях робіт з реконструкції об’єкту, керуючись пунктом 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити термін виконання робіт та строк дії договору.
