Внести зміни до пункту 6.1. розділу 6 «ПОСТАВКА, ПЕРЕДАЧА І ПРИЙМАННЯ ТОВАРУ» Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції: «6.1. Поставка товару Продавцем здійснюється шляхом передачі Покупцю товару в повному обсязі до 26.12.2024 включно.». 2. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.

Внести зміни до пункту 6.1. розділу 6 «ПОСТАВКА, ПЕРЕДАЧА І ПРИЙМАННЯ ТОВАРУ» Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції: «6.1. Внести зміни до пункту 11.1. розділу 11 «СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ» Договору та викласти його у наступній редакції: «Цей Договір набуває чинності з дня його підписання і діє до 31.12.2025 року, але в будь-якому випадку до моменту повного виконання всіх зобов’язань між Сторонами Договору, зокрема в частині оплати за поставлений товар. 3. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
