Note:
Сторони керуючись ЗУ «Про затвердження Указу Президента України «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» від 15.08.2022 року № 2500-ІX, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 25/04 від 25 квітня 2022 р. та виконання зобов'язань по ньому і викласти пункт 10.1 в такій редакції: «Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання сторонами і діє до 21 листопада 2022 року, а в частині оплати за поставлений товар - до повного виконання сторонами узятих на себе зобов’язань. Сторони дійшли згоди викласти реквізити Постачальника в новій редакції.

Сторони керуючись ЗУ «Про затвердження Указу Президента України «Про введення воєнного стану в Україні» № 2738-IX від 16.11.2022, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 25/04 від 25 квітня 2022 р. та виконання зобов'язань по ньому і викласти пункт 10.1 в такій редакції: «Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання сторонами і діє до 31 грудня 2022 року, а в частині оплати за поставлений товар - до повного виконання сторонами узятих на себе зобов’язань.
