У зв’язку зі зменшенням потреби Споживача у поставці електричної енергії на 2024 рік, СТОРОНИ дійшли взаємної згоди внести зміни до Договору, а саме зменшити обсяг поставки предмета Договору до загальної кількості – 138 793 кВт, зменшити загальну вартість Договору на 458 077,00 грн, та викласти п. 5.2. Договору в наступній редакції:
«п. 5.2. Загальна вартість цього Договору становить 945 996,76 грн. (дев’ятсот сорок п’ять тисяч дев’ятсот дев’яносто шість грн. 76 коп.), у т.ч. ПДВ – 157 666,12 грн.»
