Станом на 15.12.2021 р. будiвельний майданчик пiдряднику не передано у зв'язку iз тривалою пiдготовкою замовником будiвельного майданчика для можливостi подальшоi його передачi пiдряднику, а саме проводився
процес отримання дозволу на зайнятгя земельної дiлянки та вирубiки дерев (пiдрiзки дерев i кущiв) шляхом пошуку та звернення до уповноваженої особи з боку землекористyвача (власника) земельної дiлянки, на якiй територiально знаходиться будiвельний майданчик.
На сьогоднiшнiй день надано дозвiл на зайняття земельної дiлянки i замовник має змоry передати будiвельний майданчик для
виконання ремонтних робiт передбачених договором.
Оскiльки для виконання робiт по договору залишається менше 10 календарних днiв, а у вiдповiдностi до п. 2.2. Роздiлу 2 Строк виконання робiт договору: закiнчення виконання робiт: впродовж 185 календарних днiв з дати передачi будiвельного майданчика пiдряднику, є необхiднiсть в укладаннi додатковоi угоди N2 iз внесенням змiн в п, 12.6. щодо продовження строку дiї договору до 31,12.2022 р.
