Note:
У зв'язку із затримкою фінансування витрат Замовника з незалежних від нього обставин що спричиняє необхідність продовження строку дії Договору підряду №129 від 25 жовтня 2019 року, укладеного між Сторонами, та строку виконання робіт по ньому, на підставі пункту 4 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", Сторони уклали додаткову угоду про наступне:
1.Змінити пункт 4.1 до Договору підряду №129 від 25 жовтня 2019 , виклавши його в наступній редакції:
"4.1. Підрядник розпочинає виконання робіт після підписання сторонами договору підряду і повинен завершити їх в строк до 31 грудня 2022 року (з правом дострокового виконання)."
2. Змінити пункт 12.4. Договору підряду №129 від 25 жовтня 2019 року, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
"12.4. Кінцеві розрахунки між сторонами здійснюються до 31 грудня 2022 року"
3. Змінити пункт 17.1. Договору підряду №129 від 25 жовтня 2019 року, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
"17.1. Цей договір вступає в силу з дня його підписання уповноваженими представниками сторін і діє до 31 грудня 2022 року."
