Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract

Сторони досягли згоди внести такі зміни: Оплата робіт здійснюється на таких умовах: авансовий платіж у розмірі 30 % вартості першого етапу шляхом перерахування на поточний рахунок Виконавця протягом 20 банківських днів з дня підписання договору обома сторонами; Остаточний розрахунок за виконаний перший етап Замовник здійснює на підставі акту здачі-приймання робіт не пізніше 30 березня 2023 року; авансові платежі в розмірі 25% вартості другого, третього та четвертого етапів шляхом перерахування на поточний рахунок Виконавця не пізніше дати початку відповідного етапу. Остаточний розрахунок за виконання кожного з етапів Замовник здійснює протягом 90 календарних днів з дня підписання акту здачі-приймання робіт за відповідний етап. Цей договір набирає чинності з моменту підписання і діє до 31 грудня 2023 року, а в частині розрахунків - до їх повного виконання. Додається календарний план (додаток Д) та таблиця 2 пункту 6 технічного завдання в редакції (додаток А)
