Сторони, керуючись п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» а також згодою Сторін, уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне::
Сторони домовились ввести зміни до Договору про поставку № 2201/1 від 22.01.2020р (далі Договір), а саме зменшити обсяги закупівлі та відповідно ціну угоди на 11750,00 грн. Специфікацію до договору викласти у новій редакції (Додаток № 1 до додаткової угоди № 5):
1. Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
Ціна цього Договору становить 21740,00 грн. (Двадцять одна тисяча сімсот сорок гривень 00 коп.) без ПДВ.
