Відповідно до п. 8 ч. 4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», ст. ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України та п. 10.3 Договору від 31.01.2019 р. № КТ4-19-006 (далі – Договір), домовились внести наступні зміни:
Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити дію даного Договору до 31.03.2020 року, на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, а в частині проведення розрахунків – до їх повного здійснення.
