Сторони, керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) «дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі / спрощеної закупівлі на початок наступного року о обсязі , що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку» Договору № 8 від 12 січня 2021 року, та частиною 1 статті 188 Господарського кодексу України, частиною 1 статті 652 Цивільного кодексу України й враховуючи Додаткову угоду № 2 від 30 грудня 2021 року, Сторони уклали дану Додаткову угоду про наступне:1. Постачальник зобов’язується поставити товар в порядку та за ціною, визначеною в Договорі № 8 від 12 січня 2021 року в період з 01 січня 2021 по 31.03.2022 року включно.
1.1 Внести зміни до пункту 10.1. Договору та викласти їх в наступній редакції:
«Договір про закупівлю набирає чинності з дня його підписання і діє до 31 березня 2022 року включно.»
2. Вартість Додаткової угоди про закупівлю складає: 35 730 гривень 00 копійок у тому числі ПДВ : 5955 гривень 00 копійки.

Сторони, керуючись нормами Бюджетного кодексу України, п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону
