Відповідно до п. 12.2 розділу ХІІ Договору сторони дійшли згоди доповнити Договір, а саме:
«п. 5.4.1 Відповідно до чинного законодавства, дія цього Договору може продовжуватись на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, на суму 40569 грн. 48 коп.(сорок тисяч п’ятсот шістдесят дев’ять грн. 48 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 6761 грн. 58 коп.( шість тисяч сімсот шістдесят одна грн. 58 коп.), що складає 3,633 тис. м3 обсягу природного газу». в д/у №3 було допущено помилки, а саме посилання на пункт 11.2 замість п 12.2. Додали п 5.4.1 до Договору.
