1. Сторони домовились внести зміни в п. 3.1. розділу «Ціна договору» договору № 39 від 24 січня 2020 року та викласти його у наступній редакції:
«П.3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить:
Загальна вартість Товару з ПДВ - 1 052 500 грн. 00 коп. (один мільйон п’ятдесят дві тисячі п’ятсот грн. 00 коп.), в тому числі ПДВ - 175 416 грн. 67 коп. (сто сімдесят п’ять тисяч чотириста шістнадцять грн. 67 коп.), з них січень – червень 2020 року - 500 000 грн.00 коп.(п’ятсот тисяч грн.00 коп.) з ПДВ – наявні кошторисні призначення, липень – грудень 2020 року – 552 500 грн.00 коп.
