Note:
У зв'язку з зміною регульованої ціни (тарифу), а саме фіксованої ціни на електричну енергію для побутових споживачів, яка згідно постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 31,05.2024р. №632 "Про внесення змін до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 05 червня 2019р. №483 з 01.06.2024 р. становить 4,32 грн/кВт*год з ПДВ, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за електричну енергію за 1 кВт*год з 01..06.2024 р. та викласти п.1. Додатка 3 "Комерційна пропозиція" до Договору у новій редакції.
На підставі п.1 Додаткової угоди Сторони дійшли згоди викласти абзац третій пункту 2.1 Розділу 2 та Додаток 2 у новій редакції.
