На підставі п.2 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" та п.10.8 Договору, у зв’язку зі зміною ціни товару на ринку природного газу, що не залежать від волевиявлення Продавця, зумовленого зміною кон’юктури ринку, стрімким зростанням закупівельних цін на природний газ Сторони погодили змінити ціну Товару і підняти на 10% згідно умов Договору.
