1.1.Відповідно до розпорядження голови обласної державнї адміністрації від 17.06.2020 № 349 "Про внесення змін до структури Харківської обласної державної адміністрації (зі змінами) та розпорядження голови обласної державної адміністрації від 17.07.2020 № 437 "Про затвердження Положення про Департаментжитлово-комунального господарства та паливно-енергетичного комплексу Харківської обласної державної адміністрації у новій редакції, найменування Замовника в тексті Договору замінити на Департамент житлово-комунального господарства та паливно-енергетичного комплексу Харківської обласної державної адміністрації.
1.2. Викласти пункт 1.1 розділу 1. Предмет договору у новій редакції.
1.3. Збільшити загальну вартість договору та викласти пункт 2.1. розділу 2. Ціна договору та порядок розрахунків договору викласти у новій редакції.
1.4. Викласти пункти 8.1. та 8.2. розділу 8. Додатки до договору у новій редакції.
Інші умови до договору від 27.04.2020 № 6/20 залишаються без змін.
