1.1. В преамбулі Договору Словосполучення «в особі ректора Воробієнка Петра Петровича, що діє на підставі Статуту» замінити на Словосполучення «в особі в. о. ректора Назаренка Олександра Аскольдовича, що діє на підставі Статуту та Наказу МОНУ від 29.03.2021 р. № 134-к».
1.2. В реквізитах СПОЖИВАЧА та у всіх Додатках до договору внести зміни щодо підписанта договору і викласти їх в наступній редакції:

2. Правильною кількістю реактивної енергії вважати - 68698 кВар.год.
3. Протягом трьох робочих днів з дня внесення змін оприлюднити через авторизований електронний майданчик в електронній системі закупівель у порядку, встановленому Законом, повідомлення про внесення змін до договору про закупівлю.
