Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору:
1.1. В додатку №1 до Договору "Обсяги постачання гарячої води Споживачу", а саме в таблиці пункту 1 визначили обсяг надання послуги з постачання гарячої води по об'єкту за рік 39,24 м куб. Загальний обсяг гарячої води по всіх обєктах споживання 39,24 м куб.
1.2. В пункті 2 Додатку №1 до Договору "Обсяги постачання гарячої води Споживачу" визначили обсяг надання послуги з постачання гарячої води по об'єкту в листопаді: 5,74 м куб, всього за 4 квартал 14,24 м куб.
1.3. Пункт 3 Додатку №1 до Договору "Обсяги постачання гарячої води Споживачу" викласти в наступній редакції:
"Споживач сплачує за послугу з постачання гарячої води згідно з тарифом:
387,10 грн/м куб з ПДВ - з 01.01.2025р. по 30.09.2025р.;
405,15 грн/м куб з ПДВ - з 01.10.2025р."
