Керуючись ст. Цивільного кодексу України Сторони встановили, що умови цієї додаткової угоди застосовуються до відносин між Сторонами, які виникли до її укладання, а саме з 01.11.2021, відповідно сторони дійшли згоди викласти п. 5.1 та п.10.1 Договору № 06/08-Р від 07.08.2020 в такій редакції:
п.5.1 Початок робіт - серпень 2020 року
Закінчення виконання робіт - листопад 2021 року"
п. 10.1 Договір набуває чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами і діє до 30.11.2021 року".
