1. Сторони, відповідно до п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» дійшли згоди внести зміни до Договору № 389 від 19 листопада 2021 року, шляхом зменшення обсягів закупівлі картоплі на 5670,257 кг та суми Договору на 47 970,37 грн. (сорок сім тисяч дев’ятсот сімдесят грн., 37 коп.) з ПДВ, в зв’язку з чим:
Пункт 1.2. Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«1.2. Обсяг закупівлі становить:
Картопля – 2409,743 кг».
2. Пункт 3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «3.1.Сума Договору становить: 20386,43 грн. (двадцять тисяч триста вісімдесят шість гривень 43 копійки) з ПДВ.
