У зв’язку зі зміною регульованого тарифу на послуги з вивезення твердих побутових відходів згідно з розпорядженням Київської міської військової адміністрації від 31.08.2022 № 637 «Про внесення змін до Тарифів з вивезення твердих та великогабаритних побутових відходів з урахуванням операцій поводження з побутовими відходами (збирання, перевезення, утилізація, захоронення)», та встановлення його для бюджетних установ, яким надає такі послуги ТОВ «Альтфатер», у розмірі 179,47 грн за 1 куб.м з ПДВ (149,56 грн за 1 куб.м без ПДВ), відповідно до пункту 7 частини п’ятої статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пунктів 4.5 та 9.1 Договору № 2810 від 26.01.2022 на вивезення твердих побутових відходів, Сторони домовилися змінити вартість вивезення одного контейнера для ТПВ.
Усі інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними.
