Керуючись вимогами пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли взаємної згоди щодо продовження строку дії договору. Сторони домовились укласти цю додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії договору про закупівлю послуг з постачання пари, гарячої води та пов’язаної продукції № 21/68 від 15 березня 2018 року (далі – «Договір») на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2019 року, а саме до 31 березня 2019 року.

Керуючись вимогами пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони дійшли взаємної згоди щодо укладення цієї Додаткової угоди до договору про закупівлю послуг з постачання пари, гарячої води та пов’язаної продукції № 21/68 від 15 березня 2018 року (далі – «Договір») на суму 10 397,00 грн. (Десять тисяч триста дев’яносто сім грн. 00 коп.), що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної у даному Договорі.
