Випадки для внесення змін до істотних умов договору відповідно до ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»: п. 6. Дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
Додатковою угодою №2 - від 04.05.2022 №ПР/НАС-22107/НЮ (№ 040522-01/111.003.002) передбачається подовження терміну дії договору до 30.04.2023 зі збільшенням суми на 8 000,00 грн з ПДВ, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, та збільшення таким чином суми договору з 40 000,00 грн з ПДВ до 48 000,00 грн з ПДВ (2022 рік – 40 000,00 грн з ПДВ; січень-квітень 2023 рік – 8 000,00 грн з ПДВ). Інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
