У зв'язку із припиненням діяльності державного спеціалізованого підприємства "Чорнобильський спецкомбінат" відповідно до наказу Державного агенства України з управління зоною відчуження від 29.03.2019 №64-19 "Про припинення діяльності Державного спеціалізованого підприємства "Чорнобильський спецкомбінат" (ДСП "ЧСК") в результаті реорганізації шляхом його приєднання до державного спеціалізованного підприємства "Центральне підприємство з поводження з радіоактивними відходами" (ДСП "ЦППРВ"), яке є правонаступником майна, прав і обов'язків ДСП "ЧСК", Сторони домовились замінити сторону Державне спеціалізоване підприємство "Чорнобильський спецкомбінат" в договорі від 03.07.2019 №248/02 на нову сторону правонаступника Державне спеціалізоване підприємство "Центральне підприємство з поводження з радіоактивними відходами" (ДСП "ЦППРВ")
