Відповідно до част. 5 статті 36 Закону – дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.
А саме: дія Договору продовжується на строк до 15.03.2018р., в обсязі 486 574,70 грн з ПДВ

А саме: строк дії договору та виконання зобов’язань щодо надання послуг змінено замість «до 15.03.2018» на «до 20.04.2018»
