Керуючи частиною 5 статті 36 «Основні вимоги до договору про закупівлю» розділу VII «Договір про закупівлю» Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 №922-VIII, відповідно до якої дія договору про закупівлю може продовжуватися на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. Загальна сума договору з 01.01.2018 року становить 193367,04 грн. Сума цього договору з 01.01.2019 по 31.01.2019 року не перевищує 20 % загальної суми договору з 2018 року та становить 38 664,95 грн.Усього за договором 232031,99 грн.
