При детальному розгляді тендерної закупівлі, проведеної Харківською регіональною державною лабораторією Державної служби України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів, було виявлено технічну помилку при проведенні переговорної процедури по предмету закупівлі: код за ДК 021:2015- 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія» (UA-2020-02-07-003324-a). Технічна помилка була допущена при внесенні даних в поля програми «Прозорро», в назві закупівлі, випадково була внесена сума договору у розмірі 499 998,06 ДК 021:2015- 09310000-5 «Електрична енергія», замість назви закупівлі «Електрична енергія».
Керуючись Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі", з метою прозорості та відкритості тендерних процедур, тендерним комітетом Харківською регіональною державною лабораторією Державної служби України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів, вважати назву закупівлі UA-2020-02-07-003324-a – «Eлектрична енергія» та прийнято рішення щодо публікації відповідного протоколу щодо виправлення технічної помилки.
