Керуючись пунктом 1.5 Договору № 5104 від 14.01.2025 р. Сторони дійшли згоди:
1. Зменшити суму Договору на 175 000,00 грн. (сто сімдесят п’ять тисяч гривень 00 копійок) та викласти пункт 1.6. в наступній редакції:
«1.6. Сума договору складає 469478,36 (чотириста шістдесят дев’ять тисяч чотириста сімдесят вісім гривень 36 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ – 78246,39 грн.(сімдесят вісім тисяч двісті сорок шість гривень 39 копійок).»
2. Усі інші умови Договору залишаються без змін
