1. На підставі п.7 ч.5 ст.40 Закону України «Про здійснення державних закупівель» зменшити обсяг закупівлі послуг з централізованого водопостачання та водовідведення на 94,385 куб. м.. Після зменшення обсяг закупівлі послуг з централізованого водопостачання та водовідведення складає 4464,01 куб. м..
2. На підставі п.1 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про здійснення державних закупівель» зменшити загальну суму договору на 1398,79 грн. Після зменшення загальна сума Договору складає 60049,15 грн.(Шістдесят тисяч сорок дев’ять грн.15коп.) з ПДВ.
