Керуючись пп.1,2 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», пп.2 п. 11.1 Договору, у зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника, та зі збільшенням закупівельної ціни на диски антибіотиків та дифтерійний антитоксин , змінити ціну за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі.
