збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 % у зв’язку із зміною ціни (коливанням ціни) на електричну енергію на ринку електричної енергії : 1. Пункт 5.4.1. розділу 5. «Ціна, порядок обліку і оплати електричної енергії» Договору викласти в редакції наступного змісту: «5.4.1. «Ціна за одиницю товару - за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії за цим Договором складає: 2,47777 грн. (дві грн. 0,47777 коп.) без ПДВ, крім того ПДВ - 0,49555 грн (нуль грн. 0,49555), всього з ПДВ 2,97332 грн (дві грн. 0.97ЗЗ2 коп.).» Пункт 1.1 Розділу 1. «Ціна на електричну енергію для розрахункового періоду», Додатку № 1 «Перелік об’єктів та їх ЕІС-кодов комерційного обліку» Договору викласти в новій редакції: 2. Викласти пункт 2.2. розділу 2 «Предмет договору» в новій редакції: «2.2. Очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії на період з 01 січня 2021 року по 31 грудня 2021 року (включно) становить 41 929,200 кВт*год та відповідає очікуваному обсягу закупівлі послуг з розподілу електричної енергії у оператора системи.».
