Сторони на підставі ч. 5 ст. 36 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" (в редакції, що діяла до 19.04.2020) дійшли згоди встановити з 01.01.2021 обсяг поставки Товару, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, а саме 399033,62 грн з ПДВ та продовжити строк дії Договору до 31.03.2021 включно, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань. (Кількість товарів після внесених змін - відповідно до Договору та Додаткової угоди № 1, ціна Договору - 2394451,18 грн з ПДВ)
