На підставі документально підтверджених обставин, що спричинили зміну істотних умов, які сторони не могли передбачити на момент укладання Контракту, керуючись п.4 ч.4 ст. 36 Закону України "про публічні закупівлі" (у редакції, що діяла до 19.04.2020 р.) та п.п 4 п. 15.9 Контракту, Сторони домовились подовжити строк виконання зобов'язань, щодо передання Товару та продовжити строк дії Акредитиву, за умови що такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення ціни Контракту.
