при проведенні процедури по закупівлі електричної енергії було дві процедури, а саме на активну електроенергію, та реактивну електроенергію. Постачальник при складанні угоди включив ці дві позиції в одну угоду, що є неправильно. Після нашого прохання зробити дві угоди, ми їх отримали 18.01.2018р., роз’яснивши нам, що час зайняв на консультації.
