«5.1. Ціна цього Договору на 2020 рік становить 843 973,99 (вісімсот сорок три тисячі дев’ятсот сімдесят три гривні 99 коп.) в тому числі ПДВ 140 662,33 (сто сорок тисяч шістсот шістдесят дві гривні 33 коп.) гривень».
«2.1. За цим Договором Учасник продає електричну енергію за кодом CPV за ДК 021:2015 код 09310000-5 Електрична енергія (електрична енергія – універсальна послуга), Замовнику для забезпечення потреб електроустановок Замовника, а Замовник оплачує Учаснику вартість спожитої (купленої) електричної енергії та здійснює інші платежі згідно з умовами цього Договору.
Кількість електричної енергії на 2020 рік визначено в обсязі 309420кВт/год відповідно до Додатку 2 «Обсяги очікуваного споживання електричної енергії Замовнику.»
